Global Training Foundation (GTF) is proud to partner with the USDA Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) program to provide digital marketing support that helps rural businesses grow and thrive.

Now, in addition to training and consulting, we’re offering something brand‑new:

A free, fully built website — yours to own outright.

Our current place of performance is Sussex County, Delaware. So if you own a small business (or are thinking about opening one) please register at the GTF learning center and use the code USDA to access the ‘How to Build a Website‘ course. We use this course as a foundation for learning how to update and maintain your site.

Once you register, we will contact you to get your website started… but review the rest of this page so you know what to expect.

 

What’s Included

GTF purchases your domain, hosting, and template — no upfront investment required.
As many pages as you provide content for (text, images, etc.). Content must be submitted in advance via our Dropbox account.
Once your site is built and you complete the training, hosting and domain are transferred to you. No strings attached. No monthly hosting fees.

Training & Support

Learn how to update, customize, and maintain your site.
After your site is built, we meet with you virtually to walk through updates. We guide you step‑by‑step — we won’t just do it for you, we empower you to do it yourself.
Need changes later? We can assist with updates, but our goal is to give you the skills to manage your site confidently.

  • Gather Your Content – Pictures, written material, and maybe videos
  • Make a Wish List of Widgets – Use Our Sites as Guides to What’s Possible!
